RETURNS
Only items that have been purchased directly from The Missheel® website can be returned.Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
All footwear must be tried on indoors and must not show any signs that the product has been worn.
If the original packaging has been damaged or is unavailable, please use an appropriate box and mailbag to return your items back to us.
We will provide return address after checking pictures. Please don't return to the address on the package.
We currently have return warehouses in the United States, Germany, and China,
and we will provide you with a specific return address based on your location.The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Due to the nature of our product, unless quality issues any used product cannot be returned.
HOW TO
Do contact us via email service@missheel.com at first.
Tell us the reason of returning and the original order number. After that you will receive as well as instructions on returning your merchandise.
Please indicate the order number, the reason for the refund, the product picture, the outer packaging picture and the label in the email.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR MISSING MERCHANDISE
Please contact us if you received any damaged, defective or missing product in 5 business days.
Our team will work with you on a timely return and subsequent replacement.
If your case experiences shipping damage please be sure to keep any and all packaging/boxes/foam received,
as it is required for insurance damage claims. Failure to do so can mean denial of insurance claims.
Please keep all the boxes/foam if the package damaged during shipping.
Missheel cannot refund or be responsible for any fees not paid to us, which includes customs taxes or VAT.
SHIPPING FEE
Missheel is not liable for shipping fee under the following:
1. Size doesn't fit.
2. Customer‘s subjective factors and just dislikes the item.
